The Story Behind the Name

​I often get asked about my own name, VEE-beh-kuh. It’s Danish, passed down from my dad’s first friend and cousin. When naming my business, I wanted to keep leaning into my family roots, so I chose Gold Mountain, a translation of a family surname. It felt perfectly fitting for someone who grew up surrounded by nature and the peaks of the Pacific Northwest.

Today, I’m rooted in Hillsboro, Oregon, with my husband and our golden retriever. When I'm not helping brands scale, you can find me camping, snowmobiling, or tracking down the best local food trucks. I bring that same Pacific Northwest energy and enthusiasm to my work every day, helping clients build solid foundations and reach their next peak.
